1. Your agreement with MANICULE
These terms govern Manicule’s web and iPad service, operated by MANICULE in the United States. Contact hello@manicule.me. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. You must be at least 18 years old.
These terms do not remove mandatory consumer or privacy rights that apply where you live. Our privacy policy explains information handling; it is not a blanket consent to optional tracking or connections.
2. Accounts and responsible use
Provide accurate account information, verify your email and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not impersonate others, sell access, bypass limits, attack the service, upload malicious content or use Manicule unlawfully.
Only upload, record or connect information you have permission to use. Obtain any required permission before recording meetings or processing another person’s information. Workspaces help organize access, but do not replace your organization’s confidentiality obligations.
3. Your content and exports
You retain ownership of your content. You grant MANICULE only the rights needed to store, process, synchronize, display, back up and deliver that content and requested features, including processing by configured providers. You retain responsibility for its legality and accuracy.
You can export supported records and originals. Keep an independent copy of important information. Offline drafts, sync conflicts and device storage limits can affect availability; wait for sync confirmation before deleting local copies. Manicule’s branding and software remain owned by their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer their ownership to you.
4. AI assistance and actions
AI is an aid to thinking and organization, not a guarantee of correctness or professional advice. Review generated facts, estimates, dates, summaries and recommendations before relying on them. Manicule does not guarantee a business result, a completed project or the absence of errors.
Some features propose changes for review; supported direct-create modes can create records when you expressly select that mode. You are responsible for reviewing those choices. Version checks, retries and duplicate prevention reduce failures but do not eliminate every possible error. Generated work may be similar to output provided to others.
5. Plans, subscriptions and renewal
The published monthly plans are Plus at USD 24 with 500 included credits per billing period, and Pro at USD 49 with 1,500. The final offer, currency, billing interval, applicable taxes and total must be shown at checkout before you authorize payment. Availability may be limited while payment testing is in progress.
Paid monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize the payment provider to charge the disclosed recurring amount. Cancel future renewal through Billing or your PayPal automatic-payment settings. Cancellation ordinarily leaves paid access available until the current period ends; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Failed payments may pause paid benefits.
We will disclose material pricing changes before they apply to a future renewal, with an opportunity to cancel as required by law. Administrators may grant complimentary access; this does not itself create a payment obligation or automatic paid subscription.
6. Credits, manual top-ups and limits
Credits are internal units for eligible AI results, not cryptocurrency, money, a deposit or an investment. They are account-bound and cannot be traded, transferred between users or redeemed for cash except where law requires otherwise. The app displays action costs, available balance, usage history and relevant expiry.
Manual packs are 500 credits for USD 15, 1,500 for USD 39 and 5,000 for USD 119. There is no automatic top-up in this release. Included subscription credits follow the billing period; eligible unused subscription credits can roll once, capped at half the plan allowance. Promotional or already-rolled credits do not roll again. Any pack or grant expiry is shown in Billing.
An operation may reserve credits while running. Failed or unapplied results are handled under the app’s credit accounting; a successful but subjectively unsatisfactory answer does not automatically mean the provider did no work. Contact support about an incorrect charge. Spending limits protect eligible usage and new purchases; they do not cancel an existing recurring PayPal agreement. Pending purchases can reserve purchase capacity until reconciled.
7. Payments and refund questions
PayPal processes payment and may apply its own fees, currency conversion and terms. MANICULE does not store your full card details. Approval alone does not establish a successful payment: the service verifies settlement before granting paid credits.
For duplicate, unauthorized, failed or disputed charges, contact hello@manicule.me with the transaction reference, never a password or full card number. We assess refund requests individually and honor applicable statutory cancellation/refund rights. Cancelling renewal does not automatically refund a completed billing period. Nothing here limits a remedy required by law. Refunded or disputed credits may be held or revoked to prevent double use.
8. Optional services and availability
Google, Microsoft, Anthropic, Open-Meteo, PayPal, Meta and other connected services operate under their own terms and availability. A connection can require additional consent and credentials. We may disable a failing integration or change providers with appropriate notice. A weather suggestion is not a travel or safety guarantee.
We may maintain, change or interrupt features. We aim to preserve data and provide reasonable notice of material changes, but do not promise uninterrupted service, a service-level agreement or perpetual availability of every feature. Beta and development builds can have additional limitations, including iPad installation requirements.
9. Suspension and ending use
You may stop using the service, cancel renewal and request account deletion. Account deletion currently provides a 30-day recovery period. Export needed information first and separately confirm cancellation of any recurring payment arrangement.
We may restrict access for abuse, security risks, non-payment or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact support or retrieve content, unless doing so would create a security risk or violate law. Necessary payment, security and legal records may remain after closure as described in the privacy policy.
10. Responsibility and resolving concerns
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of fitness for a specific project, completeness of AI output or uninterrupted operation. We remain responsible for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Start by contacting hello@manicule.me so we can try to resolve a concern. Applicable law and any mandatory rights in your place of residence govern the rights that cannot be varied by agreement. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or an exclusive US state venue.
11. Updates and contact
Effective 23 October 2026. We may update these terms and will identify the effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the app or email as appropriate; where acceptance is required, we will request it. Changes do not retroactively change an already completed payment.
